The appeal letter tool
Everything you type into the letter generator — your name, address, vehicle registration, the details of your case — is processed entirely in your browser, on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers, never stored by us, and never shared with anyone. When you close the page, it’s gone.
What we do collect
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type) for security and error diagnosis. These are routine, short-lived and not used to identify you.
- Email. If you email us, we’ll have your email address and message — used only to reply.
Cookies
The site currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If that ever changes (for example, if we add advertising to keep the site free), this policy and a consent banner will be updated first.
Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. No personal data is sold or shared with anyone.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over any personal data we hold — which, in practice, is at most an email you sent us. To exercise any right, email hello@fightthefine.co.uk.
